Farmlogic Tech
Technology · Enterprise software & AIBusiness software for companies that have outgrown spreadsheets: industry ERP systems, AI assistants that act only after human confirmation, and founder advisory — pitch decks and business plans.
Entrepreneur. Founder. Building what comes next.
Exploring the intersection of technology, international trade, industrial innovation and sustainable enterprise — from Bangladesh, for the world.

Technology, trade, agriculture, food and beauty — held to one operating standard and run from one desk.
I build companies the way engineers build systems — one dependable part at a time, then I connect them.— Md Sadman Adib
Md Sadman Adib is a Bangladeshi entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of Farmlogic, a group that brings technology, international trade, agriculture, food and beauty under one operating standard. He has worked independently since the age of seventeen.
His path runs in an unusual direction. He set out to run companies, found that the software they needed did not exist at a fit or a price that made sense, and built it himself. Farmlogic’s own operating system — attendance, approvals, finance and an AI assistant that acts only after a person confirms — runs the group every day, and the same class of systems now reaches clients through Farmlogic Tech.
Beyond software, he leads spirulina cultivation and processing, direct sourcing between China and Bangladesh, and product development in functional food and skincare, with trade links reaching Canada and Australia.
One parent company. Each arm runs its own market, under one standard of craft and execution. Status is stated plainly — nothing in development is presented as operating.
Business software for companies that have outgrown spreadsheets: industry ERP systems, AI assistants that act only after human confirmation, and founder advisory — pitch decks and business plans.
The holding company for the group’s operating businesses, licensed in Dhaka. It provides the shared systems, brand and finance that let each arm run lean.
Direct sourcing from China for business customers, with supplier selection, logistics and landed cost known before the order is placed.
Spirulina cultivation and processing alongside agri-processing — the raw-material base and know-how behind the group’s food and beauty lines.
Spirulina-based skincare formulated in-house from the group’s own cultivation. Formula and costing complete; laboratory testing and regulatory review come before launch.
A design practice built on in-house engineering projects — drying chambers, fermentation systems and industrial concepts — offered as parametric design services.
Every project carries its real stage — operational, development, prototype or research — so what you see is what exists.

Six complete systems — retail, HR and payroll, restaurant, clinic, property and import-export — each with a year of realistic data, role-based access and an admin panel for business rules.

The company operating system: attendance, approvals, finance, projects and an AI assistant, in daily production use.
Assistants that read orders and staff messages in Bangla or English, propose an action and execute only after a person presses Confirm. Every action is logged.
Cultivation and processing of spirulina for food and cosmetic value chains, with phycocyanin as the long-term focus.
A controlled-chamber fermentation process for black garlic, from chamber build to first production batch.
A temperature- and humidity-controlled chamber for garlic powder and agricultural produce, designed for commercial batches.
A concept to cut particulate emissions at rice mills in North Bengal, powered by solar energy. Engineering study in progress.
Stages: Operational — in use today · Development — being built · Prototype — working first version · Research — study and design
Six principles that run through every company, product and partnership.
Most business software is designed by people who have never had to make payroll. I make it every month.
Build from the problem on the desk, not the idea on the slide.
One dependable process beats one brilliant day — in a factory or in code.
Software, data and AI so a small team runs with the reach of a large one.
Bangladesh as a base, not a limit — sourcing from China, links toward Canada and Australia.
Spirulina, cleaner industry, less waste: profit and footprint in the same plan.
AI proposes, people confirm. Data stays encrypted. Promises match delivery.
Only dated, checkable steps appear here. New milestones are added as they happen — not before.
At seventeen — first clients, first builds, and the habit of shipping without waiting for permission.
The parent company registered as a licensed business, bringing the group’s ventures under one name.

He has worked independently since the age of seventeen and founded Farmlogic, a group whose ventures include business software and AI assistants (Farmlogic Tech), direct China sourcing (Farmlogic Trade), spirulina cultivation and processing (GreenPro), and spirulina skincare in development (Algae Glow). Rather than buy software that did not fit, he built his company’s own operating system — including an AI assistant that acts only after human confirmation — and now delivers the same class of systems to clients. He studied Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh.
